Code Of Ethics
By Bailey Anderson
To be honest-telling the truth is the most important thing in my book.
Having integrity-the better person you are, the better image you present
Be responsible-you must be responsible in your life so that others can rely on you
Be courteous- every act of kindness makes a difference in the life of someone.
Tell the truth- the value of truth is immeasurable, because without it, the world would just be filled with lies.
Don’t change who you are to please others- it’s not worth becoming a completely different person simply to make other people happy because by doing so you may be making yourself unhappy.
Give credit where credit is due- without crediting people for their ideas/works, it is considered stealing and we are cheating them of their hard work

Why pi is equal to 3.14
To some Pi is a wonderful dessert, but to others Pi is a infinite number but most people cut it short to 3.14. Its the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. This ratio is an irrational number that, when you try to divide it out, it never ends and it never repeats. But pi is just a ratio to a circle. Pi is a wonderful thing that mathematical person came up if we didn’t have pi we would have cups, jars, some buildings, etc. that is why pi is 3.14

WOMAN IN US HISTORY
Amelia Earhart is known today for her accomplishments in the world. As the first woman pilot to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and beyond. Amelia was a self-determined and ambitious young woman with a deep passion for adventure.
Amelia Earhart was born on July 24, 1897 on her grandparents’ farm in Atchison Kansas. She was the oldest of two girls born to Amy and Edwin Earhart. Amelia was a tomboy. She climbed trees, hunted rats with a rifle, and kept a scrapbook of prestigious women that worked in male dominated field.
Also Amelia used her plane in October of 1922 to set the first woman’s world record of flying at an altitude of 14,000 feet. In April of 1928, Amelia got a phone call asking if she wanted to be the first woman to fly across the Atlantic. She was asked to join copilots Wilmer Stulz and Louis E. Gordon on a voyage from Trespassey Harbor Newfoundland to Burry Port Wales on June 17, 1928.
Many theories exist on whatever happened to Amelia Earhart and her companion Fred Noonan on that last fateful voyage. Some of these theories include that she was a captured spy, that she lived in the Pacific on a remote island years after her disappearance, and that she was brutally murdered by some Pacific island natives.

I have learned so much from this class. I feel like racism is everywhere today it is very deep in our society. i feel like if anyone was too look back into their heritage there would be slave owners or people who just messed with people back in the day it was passed on from generation like a disease that is genetic.
I feel like one day racism will disappear but not until people figure it out that everybody needs to grow up and stop judging and using racist slurs against anyone. yes it has gotten a lot better than when Rosa Parks was alive but still. The steps are simple have a open mind don't like anything come out like slurs or anything.
The most important and meaningful thing I learned in the class was about slavery in the late 1800’s about the ‘Triangle Trade’ or how many slaves died on the voyage across the Atlantic Ocean was twenty percent. Also how the slave owners didn't want there slave to be educated.
Okay so I honestly signed up for the class to get credit but throughout the class i started to really like it.I like how we learned about passed racism and also present racism. I feel like this class was really good and it doesn't need anything to change because it was a good balance to assessments and just learning without any.And I just want to thank my teacher Rick Woolcott for teaching a class that will help us in the future
